Hanukkah “Light the Night” 2022

Hanukkah is one of the most popular Jewish holidays. Sure children love it because of presents, candles and sufganyot. Who doesn’t like flickering Hanukkiahs? But there is so much more to this celebration than giftwrap and shiny lights. (watch last year’s teaching about Hanukkah)

Each year at Tikvat David we celebrate Hanukkah with an impressive glow party! We call it “Light the Night” We do the usual festive things (candle lighting, games, fun food) but also turn our synagogue into a glowing fun zone. This year the celebration is on December 18 @ 5pm and you are invited to be our guest!
